Harmony & Love Ranch is committed to transparency, respect, and integrity in all of our programs, events, and fundraising activities. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for registrations, programs, events, and donations.

By registering for any program, participating in an event, or making a donation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program and Event Cancellations by Participants

Participants who register for equine-assisted therapy programs, sessions, workshops, or events offered by Harmony & Love Ranch may request cancellation under the following conditions:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to harmonyandloveranch@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests must be received prior to the start date of the program or event.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, depends on the specific program or event and the notice period provided at the time of registration.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the program description or registration agreement, all registration fees are non-refundable, as they directly support:
- Horse care and welfare
- Staff preparation and scheduling
- Facility maintenance
- Program operations and materials

Failure to attend a scheduled session, program, or event without prior written notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made after the applicable deadline, or failure to attend without notice, are not eligible for refunds.
In limited and exceptional circumstances, Harmony & Love Ranch may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future program. Such decisions are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations or Changes by Harmony & Love Ranch

Harmony & Love Ranch reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program, session, or event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Horse health or welfare
Staff availability
Unforeseen operational issues

In the event of cancellation by Harmony & Love Ranch:

Participants may be offered a rescheduled date, credit toward a future program, or a refund, at the sole discretion of Harmony & Love Ranch.
No additional compensation, including travel, accommodation, or related expenses, will be provided.

4. Missed Sessions and Program Interruptions

Missed sessions due to participant availability, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds.
Programs interrupted due to safety, horse welfare, or operational concerns may be rescheduled or adjusted at the discretion of Harmony & Love Ranch.

5. Donations

All donations made to Harmony & Love Ranch are considered final and non-refundable, as they directly support our mission and ongoing nonprofit operations.
Refunds for donations will only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Clear processing or technical errors

Any donation refund requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Harmony & Love Ranch understands that unexpected situations may arise. Requests related to medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the organization. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and does not set a precedent for future cases.

7. Policy Updates

Harmony & Love Ranch reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage participants and donors to review this policy regularly.
